Recent Owls Head vacation rental reviews

The house was very welcoming, updated and very clean. We are returning visitors to this house as we have been coming to this location for 25 years and renting from the previous owner. This is our first experience with dealing with Tide to Pine's agency and it was a good one. I have been told by the neighbors that we have befriended up there that the new owners are really nice people.

The house was in a superb location with fabulous water views. Very comfortable; we were three women and had our own very comfortable bedrooms. Well equipted house. easy to access and use everything. Walked everywhere. Only suggestion would be to have some more comfortable outdoor chairs so we could sit outside to enjoy the view. would recommend and definitely rent again if i return there.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tideview! We enjoyed dinner in the backyard every night to soak up the amazing view. The place had everything we needed with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Owls Head is named after the coast’s rocky cliffside resembling an owl face, as seen by mariners and fishermen. Enjoy an evening walk through Harbor Park to watch the ferries come and go and meander down the shoreline. Or better yet, tour the town by air or sea.

Sight-seeing is in abundant supply, so make sure to stop by the Owls Head Transportation Museum for their collection of trains and classic cars, or take a stroll (and grab dinner) by the town’s breezy wharf. Book your Owls Head, ME vacation rental to save a spot in the picturesque Northeast.
