We loved our stay at Folly’s Beach condo! Even though a storm rolled in and the weather wasn’t ideal, we didn’t mind spending time indoors with such a gorgeous view. The condo itself was beautiful—tastefully decorated, comfortable, and perfectly set up for relaxing. The outdoor balcony was amazing, and we loved being within walking distance of all the great restaurants and bars. The local grocery store had the best pastries (and free coffee!), and the live music in town was incredible. We absolutely loved the energy of Folly Beach and can only imagine how amazing it must be in the summer!

If you're looking to experience Folly then this is a great location. Being close to Center St, you can walk to the restaurants and nightlife without having to drive. You're also just across the street from the beach with a good view of the ocean and beach. The property was well-equipped and updated!

Take a stroll to the gazebo at the end of this 1,045-foot pier for some of the best Folly Beach views at the “Edge of America.” In season, you can also enjoy live music and beachfront dining on the deck at Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar.

Your Pavilion Watch Villas rental is also convenient to Center Street half a block away. Along this main thoroughfare you’ll find fro-yo shops, pizza parlors, and seafood shacks, plus a handful of bars, all within walking distance of your Folly Beach vacation rental.
