This room is exactly like the pictures! It's clean and bright. The view is outstanding either from the balcony or from inside. If you are on the taller side this is your get away spot. King bed, large shower with high shower heads and a tall toilet. This is a perfect couples retreat!

This studio has the most beautiful view of the ocean, beach, and lighthouse right off the semi-private balcony. We enjoyed watching dogs playing on the sand and listening to the ocean waves at night. The space felt more like a comfy hotel room with all of the amenities we needed in the kitchen. I was also pleasantly surprised that they supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash because I had forgotten to pack mine! There were some small signs of wear and tear on some of the paint and floors but nothing that took away from the cleanliness or enjoyment of the space. The king sized bed had fresh smelling linens and cozy bedding but it was a little too firm for our preferences. And the location! We were a short 4-10 minute drive from four different grocery stores, dozens of places to eat, treat shops with ice cream and taffy, fish markets, and cute shops. Customer service was easy to contact via text and replied promptly at "off-peak" hours the few times we had questions. I hope this studio is available the next time we want to take a trip to Newport!
