We chose this home for its central location to explore New England. It was perfect for that, and very comfortable as our base for our annual siblings reunion (all seniors).
The deck is spectacular. Wish we'd had more time just to hang at the house and enjoy it. The beds were all very comfortable. The house is clean and provides everything you expect from a vacation rental. And more.
I was pleasantly surprised to find the frig stocked with condiments that are a pain to buy if you want to cook (ketchup, mayo, spices, salad dressings, etc.). There were plenty of hangers, sharp knives, laundry detergent, soaps, lotions, and things you take for granted (and don't bring on vacation) in your home. It was far more welcoming than many vacation rentals we've been in. The guest contact was knowledgeable, available, and friendly.
We've had much better luck with Evolve than VRBO and AirBnB. Evolve will always be my first choice from now on.
