Just 25 miles north of the Indiana state line, and 68 miles southwest of Kalamazoo, Sawyer is a great place to experience the shores of Lake Michigan. The town is home to Warren Dunes State Park, where several hundred acres of dunes are ripe for exploring. Meander or jog along six miles of hiking trails, three miles of shoreline, and the park’s namesake: a sand dune rising 260 feet above the water.
