Jacobia is our most precious home away from home! The view is stunning and the place is very charming. We will return again.

I always enjoy staying here, very relaxing with such great views. If you are there in the winter, and it's the least bit icy, park at the top of the driveway. The driveway is very steep with two 90 degree turns.

We live stating in this house - Michigan shore is magnificent and the house is very cozy and full of family history and charm

Literally the only 2 things that I would change about this home would be the king size bed in the upstairs bedroom. The view was amazing from that room, but my preference was for a larger bed. But, that room did have a queen size bed, so its not like its small. I just prefer a larger bed. Also, I was really looking for 2 specific things. An outdoor fire pit, and an indoor fireplace or wood burning stove. (Stayed in November) Was disappointed the the wood burning stove was "not a working stove", so no indoor fire, but the fire pit was perfect. That is literally the only 2 things about my stay that WASN'T perfect. The view is fantastic. The home was very clean, and even had a Keurig, along with everything else needed for a VERY comfortable stay. I will absolutely be back for another weekend trip!!
