The home overall was decent and met many of our needs. At first, I was a bit taken aback by the front entrance—it gave off a somewhat deserted look and could benefit from a little upkeep. However, once inside, the check-in process was seamless, and the space itself felt open, bright, and welcoming. The first floor featured a clean kitchen with basic but useful amenities, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The space was airy, though it could have used a more thorough dusting. The first-floor bathroom was a good size; while the ceiling light was marked as not working, it actually functioned fine. It was also nice to find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in both bathrooms. The backyard was spacious and offered a good amount of room for relaxing or gathering, though the outdoor furniture could use a deeper cleaning. Upstairs, the second floor had three bedrooms, each of which was clean, roomy, and well-suited for a family. Fresh towels and beach towels were thoughtfully provided in each room, which was a nice touch. The basement was an added bonus, equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a couch and TV for extra lounging space. While I had read a prior review that mentioned mold on the windows, I found this was actually black foam used for sealing—functional but not the best aesthetic choice against the white windows. Overall, I would describe the home as fairly decent, especially when priced competitively. I felt good about my decision to rent at the rate I paid, though I would reconsider if the cost were higher, as the value is tied closely to the pricing.

The home was a solid property for the price we paid. Overall we were extremely happy with the location of the property (very easy to get to anywhere we needed to go) and it comfortably accommodated our larger family for the most part.
