My daughter and I have stayed in the room twice now. We find everything about this property flawless. Spectacular views, lovely decor, super clean, kitchenette is small yet has everything needed. The pub height outdoor table adds so much as it allows access to the view while enjoying a meal, a game of cards, reading or whatever you want to do out there. Owner has beach chairs and a cooler available for use. The grounds are meticulously beautiful with ocean and coastal trail just outside the door. We just love this place and would stay here again. The best.

We LOVED our stay in Kauai and on this property. We are first timers to the island and truly believe we were positioned perfectly to go and do anything anywhere on the island. It’s about 30 min north to Hanalei and about 30 min south to Poipu. The view from our patio for breakfast each morning was unreal. Just steps to the beach and amazing ocean views. We rented a car but at this property you really don’t have to because you are walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, an ABC store and drug store. The icing on the cake was when I reached out about getting a late check out because our flight didn’t leave until late and they went far and above in granting us this luxury!(also no one was checking in right after us ☺️)We hope to stay in this same property again one day and will be telling our friends all about it!

This place was spectacular for the price and convenience. Very clean, and comfortable. We had easy access with the bottom floor to the nice gardens, 75 feet to ocean, 75 feet to pool and within walking distance to the restaurants. Just walk out the door. We will be coming back, and without our 2 children next time. Highly recommended.
