Beautiful. Magical. Lovely. You are right at the oceans front, a sweet little spot. We will back for sure! Place was immaculate, clean as could be. We appreciated that very much, it's hard to keep those places clean, right on the beach, the crew did a most excellent job. A private stairway to this condo is a nice feeling, it's very private. Yes, you don't have air conditioning, but just leave the door open, it's wonderful. The ocean at night keeps moving, a little noisy, but a unique and special sound. Parking is easy, pool is clean and the grounds are beautiful! I love the small, quaint feeling of the Kapa'a Sands. Aloha!

Beautiful and clean condo in a great location. This property provided plenty of space for our family of four. The close proximity to shops and grocery store made it convenient to grab things quickly. The swimming pool and beach access were easily accessible and well maintained. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hawai’i for relaxation and leisure.
