It was a very simple and fast process and I love the experience

Here is a breakdown of my overall thoughts. Property: Tower I elevators have some issues. They are very small. Our key card didn’t work in one and it was always the one we got when we pushed the button. We had to use the stairs the entire time. We got our steps in so I guess that was a plus but would be an issue for someone who needs elevator access. The pools, dock, gym, and game room were good and well maintained. If you watch long enough you might spot a gator or two in the water. Fishing was allowed but it was catch and release. The trash had to be put down a shoot in the hall…it was almost too small so pushing the trash bag down was necessary. Guest Service: Very helpful and polite. They did attempt to get the elevator fixed but it didn’t work. I didn’t bother going back and asking again for it to be fixed because I did see maintenance attempt to fix it. We were told it was not just an issues with our cards, others were having this issue. The card worked everywhere else. The office was closed when we checked out. We asked about this the day before we left and they did tell us we should leave our access cards in the condo when we left. Condo: It was very clean. It had pots and pans. No baking dishes were available. More utensils (whisk, etc) would have helped but there were some utensils and they had plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. I would suggest a person renting may want to bring cups and pot holders. It does look like the condo was remodeled. The top bunk has a very low ceiling but does have access to plugs to charge kid devices. They ask you to keep the temp at 73 or higher. Area: The area was safe and close to Disney. If you stand outside the front door, you can see the fireworks. It was a 17-30 minute drive to the Convention Center depending on traffic. There are food places in walking distance. I would suggest grocery shopping near the mall area and not in the opposite direction. The lights and roads were a little tricky to navigate. Be prepared for that. Overall, we liked the condo. My daughters and I felt safe. I’d consider renting here again but will be mindful of the elevator issue.
