Recent Melbourne Beach vacation rental reviews

The place was much larger than expected with a large dining table, huge sectional couch and six person table outside by the pool. The upstairs family room was unexpected. The bedroom/bathroom sizes and layout was great. Note that the single is a trundle under the queen bed (we were expecting it to be under the king bed). The walk to the beach is easy. The neighborhood pool was large, but we only used it day of checkout. We spent all our time at the beach and then back to our private pool for happy hour. The homes next store are close and there was no privacy fence, so you do have to hope your neighbors are not too rowdy. If you are the rowdy ones, you will be just fine. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want, right down to a baking pan so my wife could bake a birthday cake for our son. The beach chairs were a little flimsy. We would have liked some beach sports games like spike ball, but we were not expecting it. The place even had a cooler we used for the beach.

The view was absolutely breath taking. Having your own personal Beach Access is a real plus. The decor is over the top. Seems like they thought of everything. Will definitely do this again :)
