The property was spotless and truly had a classy, upscale feel. We really enjoyed our time here. The only issue we encountered was that the listing mentioned two parking spaces inside the gated community, but that wasn’t available during our stay, so we had to park on the street the entire time. Devinn was very understanding and apologized for the mix‑up, and I appreciated his accountability and communication. Aside from the parking situation, everything else was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

We went in January for the Houston Marathon. There is a nice little trail that starts nearby that cuts through the neighborhoods for an easy shakeout (probably not great for a workout though since it crosses many roads and Houston drivers tend to not stop for pedestrians). The place itself is great and looks quite new, but is three floors so a lot of stairs. There were some drinks in the fridge which is a nice touch.
