The location of the condo was great, just a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet ski lift at the base of the Canyons. Condo was large a ton of storage, closets, hooks, counter space and ample room for ski equipment and luggage. It definitely felt like we were a guest in someone's home, as the decor was cozy and we appreciated the non-perishable food items and spices in the cabinet. The condo is a split level and the upstairs definitely is warm and the downstairs has a little chill to it, but great for sleeping. The bonus loft with a bed was great so the kids did not have to share a room. Tip - dry your ski boots up side down on the heat vents upstairs and you will have toasty boots in the morning. Towels were plush and we liked the hot tub towels as a bonus. One note is that you have to have your own access to network TV. There is no pre-paid cable. The only disappointment was the Vacasa management. We have stayed at other Vacasa properties and service did not meet expectations.
- There is no way finding in the complex for where unit numbers were located, so it took a bit to find our unit.
- No outside light at was on our unit upon evening check in and was difficult to see key pad and numbers
- Info sheet in the kitchen told us we needed to get in a car to get to the hot tub. Turns out the hot tub was around the corner, just 30 yards away.
- The key pad number to enter the hot tub that was in condo info was incorrect.
- The customer service number only works Sun-Thur and can take up to 24 hours to respond. Luckily the back up on her voicemail was responsive and found the code for the hot tub, after calling a few people.
