We had an amazing stay at this Northstar condo! The home was very clean and comfortable for our family. The layout is perfect for two families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The beds were really comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. This condo is close to the village, skiing, and all the Northstar amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Truckee/Northstar!

Townhouse

This was the perfect spot for our family of four—we had such a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic: it’s an easy walk to the Northstar Village for skiing, dining, and activities, and there’s a Raley’s just 10–15 minutes away for groceries and essentials. A huge bonus is the convenient parking, especially since many nearby lots charge up to $50/day. The home itself is beautiful—spotless, thoughtfully organized, and feels very new. It’s fully stocked with everything you might need (including nice glass tupperware, cookware, coffee machine, etc.), which made our stay incredibly comfortable. They even had yoga mats for stretching after a long day on the mountain. The design and aesthetic are truly stunning—every detail feels intentional and elevated. We especially appreciated the layout, with bedrooms downstairs and the main living space upstairs. It gave us a great balance of togetherness and privacy, and made it easy for our family to relax on our own schedules. The entire experience—from booking to check-in—was seamless and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Northstar!

Many of our properties include lounge chairs, umbrellas, or shaded areas by the pool, but this can vary. Check the property details and listing photos for specific details.

Generally, food and drinks are allowed by—but not in—the pool. However, to be safe, it’s best not to use glass or china in the pool area.

We have a good neighbor policy that includes quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. In addition, certain communities have noise policies in place. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and excessive noise can lead to intervention and removal from a property.
