This two-story home sits less than a mile from the heart of small-town Mercer, right between Echo and Grand Portage Lakes. It's an area that's wonderful for fishing, cycling, kayaking, ATVing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Carow Park is around the corner, offering a swimming beach on Grand Portage Lake, a playground, baseball fields, a picnic area, and annual events ranging from the Fourth of July Celebration to the Lions Ice Fishing Jamboree.

The property is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, where you can stroll along the treeline with your first cup of coffee and watch your kids play on summer afternoons. There's a gas grill for family barbecues and a firepit for evening ghost stories. The outdoor gazebo serves as an additional place to hang out and sports a small bar area, TV, and a window air-conditioning unit to keep you cool during the warmer months.
