This newly remodeled (March 2022) historical home is situated in a very desirable location within Montreat - you will be within walking distance of the town center, Lake Susan, Robert Lake Park, Moore Center store, hiking trails, The Montreat Anderson Auditorium, and so much more. Other must-visit attractions include Black Mountain (two and a half miles) and downtown Asheville (18.5 miles). This house is historically one of the first homes built in Montreat, back in 1903. You will have your own taste of local history while staying here!
This gorgeous home also has an interesting outdoor living space where you and your loved ones can hang out and admire the beautiful surroundings.
