Welcome to Beaver Chief Acres, an expansive seven-bedroom waterfront retreat designed for large family gatherings and group getaways on Beaver Lake.

Inside, guests will find multiple gathering spaces, a game room, a chef-style kitchen, comfortable dining areas, Wi-Fi, televisions, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. A massive integrated Sonos sound system extends throughout the home and patio, creating a seamless listening experience across the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool, hot tub, playground, furnished patios, firepit, basketball court, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, smoker, and margarita machine. Next to the firepit and basketball court is a huge SunBrite outdoor television integrated with the Sonos system. Its bright, outdoor-rated display makes it a great place to watch the game—even during daylight hours.

The easily accessible shoreline, seasonal kayaks, and seasonal water trampoline provide even more ways to enjoy the lake.

Guests have access to the home and its designated outdoor amenities, including the private pool, hot tub, playground, patios, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and accessible shoreline.

The kayaks and water trampoline are available seasonally. Private docks are not available to vacation-rental guests under Beaver Lake Corps of Engineers shoreline regulations. The garage is also unavailable to guests.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Parking is available for up to eight vehicles.

Beaver Chief Acres is located on a spacious waterfront property in the Garfield area of Beaver Lake. The peaceful setting is well suited to family gatherings, group vacations, boating trips, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Public-use areas, boat launches, marinas, hiking opportunities, and other Beaver Lake recreation can be reached by vehicle.

A vehicle is necessary for reaching the property, purchasing groceries, and exploring the Beaver Lake area. Roads near the lake may be rural, winding, and hilly, so guests should follow the arrival directions provided before check-in.

On-site parking is limited to eight vehicles. Garage access is not included.

Guests can enjoy the property independently. Our local management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

Beaver Chief Acres accommodates a maximum of 25 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parties are not permitted.

Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome. Guests must clean up after their dogs and keep them off the furniture. No other pets are permitted without prior approval.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please keep outdoor voices, music, and activities considerate of neighboring properties.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The private pool is seasonal and is typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The kayaks and water trampoline are also available seasonally. Availability may be affected by weather, lake levels, maintenance, or other operational conditions.

Guests may access the shoreline for swimming, floating, fishing, and launching the provided kayaks. All waterfront activities are undertaken at guests’ own risk. Children must be closely supervised around the pool, hot tub, shoreline, kayaks, water trampoline, playground, and firepit.
