Reasonable house that is situated well for ride out access to both Coler and Slaughter Pen. Backyard deck is great, garage was lockable and had bike repair stand and bike holders.

Just what we needed. So peaceful and beautiful landscape.

We rented this house for 6 adults and 3 kids to come up and visit family in Bentonville. The layout is great for large groups, very open in the common areas. There are 2 bedrooms with full baths downstairs, another half bath downstairs, and 3 bedrooms upstairs which all share a single bathroom. All of the rooms are very spacious, the memory foam beds all have nice linens, and they're all very cozy. There are ceiling fans in all rooms which is also a huge plus! The neighborhood is nice and newer with lots of families, but very quiet. The kids all used the mini game board upstairs which can be converted to foosball, air hockey, ping pong, etc. The backyard is also very spacious, but we didn't use it much as it was a bit rainy while we were there. I would definitely stay here again!
