• SeaSpray is currently undergoing construction. Construction will be ongoing through the month of April 2024. There is the potential for construction noise in the condo during the week. Condo balcony furniture has been removed for the time being as they are working on them. Pools are closed. The hot tub in east building is open. Direct beach access is still available.
