Other beaches include Playa Arco, Pinuela, Playa Ventana, Dominicalito, Dominical, Coconut groove, Matapalo, and Chaman. Most of the beaches offer year-round surfing and relaxation beaches, with very few visitors. Playa Dominical is world-class surfing and has regular surf competitions, and many beaches are safe for swimming and even have lifeguards. Wildlife is abundant in this quiet valley.
