The exterior boasts two private decks, one enclosed for privacy and one that views a lovely green area out the back. Spend lazy summer days out on the deck, just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Inside, it's just as serene with a new gas fireplace insert and comfortable furnishings that will thoroughly charm you and your group. Enjoy time with family and friends after an action-filled day of golfing, floating the river, or having fun at SHARC.

There's a new 4k TV with a soundbar, cable, and a new DVD/Blu-ray player in the living room for movie nights and plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite spot. On chilly high desert evenings, a favorite activity may well be just hanging out together in front of a toasty fire, playing board games and talking about the day's adventures.

A full kitchen has everything needed to make meals and snacks. Whether it's coffee with biscuits and gravy in the morning or a giant spinach salad for a light dinner, you'll have it all covered. On a nice evening, you can even opt to cook outdoors on the new Weber gas grill). The home offers multiple dining areas so you can choose to dine indoors or al fresco out on the deck.

There are two large bedrooms - one has a king-sized bed, comfy reclining chair, and a door out to a deck. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main room, which allows up to six people plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

With extra-wide hallways and two easily accessible full bathrooms, this home is also perfect for any individuals who just aren't as mobile as they used to be. There's also has a laundry room with a new full-sized washer and dryer for the convenience of always having clean clothes while on vacation!

Sunriver has over 33 miles of paved bike trails and plenty of shopping and dining options in the charming Village at Sunriver, so there's always something to do right outside your front door. If you're looking for even more outdoor fun, SHARC is only a 10-minute walk away. Sunriver's newest attraction, this facility has swimming pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs. In winter, Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is less than a 30-minute drive away!

For a fun day trip any time of year, head to Bend, also only a 30-minute drive from Sunriver. Spend the afternoon browsing through galleries on Wall and Bond streets, walking around Drake Park, and then stopping at Deschutes Brewery Public House for pints of Mirror Pond Pale Ale and boar meatloaf sandwiches before returning home to your comfortable Meadows home.
