Ground-Floor Lounge: A spacious room for meditation, crafts, board games, or
watching a classic movie. This peaceful space is also ideal for remote work.

houses are built close together, we ask that guests respect the neighbors and minimize
noise for the duration of their stay. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we utilize
privacy-compliant smart home technology that monitors decibel levels. We welcome
guests who appreciate a quiet, respectful atmosphere and adhere to our strict 10:00 PM
– 8:00 AM quiet hours.

The No’s: No illegal activity, no pets, no smoking, no vaping, no parties, and no
events.
Quiet Retreat: Point Perfect is designed as a peaceful sanctuary for families and
professional retreats. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud music,
or gatherings.
Waterfront Etiquette: To maintain the serenity of the lagoon and respect our
neighbors’ privacy, the use of outdoor spaces—including the firepit, patio,
balcony, and kayaks—must conclude by 10:00 PM. Please keep outdoor voices
at a conversational level at all times to avoid sound carrying across the water.
Accessibility: Please note the main living area and kitchen are accessible via
stairs.
Streaming Services: Available with guests’ own account(s).
Watercraft: Guests may launch kayaks and paddleboards from the concrete
boat ramp during high tide; for your safety, do not use the vintage boat launch.
Hose off all equipment and store it before departure.
Entry: Secure, keyless E-lock entry with a new unique code for each guest stay.
Parking: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
