Younger guests (and the young-at-heart) will especially enjoy the game room, decked out with air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, and plenty of board games for rainy days. There's also a cable TV with DVD/Blu-Ray for movie nights, and wireless Internet for those who need to keep up with email -- or search for that perfect hike in the nearby national forest! The home has a spacious deck, nicely furnished and offering a private hot tub for leisurely evenings and a gas grill for afternoon barbecues. Grab one of the bikes from the garage and explore Sunriver's miles of paved paths, or head to the Village for a little window-shopping or a frosty pint at Sunriver Brewing Company.

In the evening, four bedrooms include one king bed, two queen beds, and four twins, making it very comfortable for up to ten guests to share the space. With a house this size, it's easy to spread out and enjoy plenty of elbow room; in fact, feel free to bring along sleeping bags for the youngest guests and invite a few more friends -- guests under five years old don't count towards the maximum occupancy in Sunriver!
