This particular condo has a view of the ocean from the furnished private balcony with a natural accompanying cooling breeze. You’re only steps to the beach, where you can enjoy the beautiful Gulf seashore, rent an umbrella & chairs, and take an impromptu walk on the beach with a tropical adult beverage like the famous Turbo Pina Colada from The Wanna-Wanna Beach Bar & Grill next door that features delicious ceviche and seafood baskets for a quick snack or meal, too. And at regularly scheduled summer and holiday evenings, you’ll enjoy the island’s spectacular fireworks displays and, on occasion, SpaceX rocket launches right from the beach!

The many amenities available include Spectrum WIFI & Programming and 2 TVs with several streaming networks so family members will enjoy all kinds of sports, children, and Spanish-language shows. The well-appointed kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers (Keurig and drip-type), and a refrigerator/freezer so you can save money by preparing your own snacks and meals.

The sleeping arrangements include two full beds in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room, plus a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting, which is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.
And, as part of the complex, you'll have access to many shared amenities like the gated swimming pool with lounge chairs & umbrellas, hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, beach shower station, and fish cleaning table outside.

There are also many other eateries located nearby for a quick bite or seafood feast, and retail shops and stores for a forgotten necessity, vacation wear or souvenir to remember your special vacation here within walking distance. Also, South Padre Island’s public transportation, The Wave, stops right out front of the complex, opening up the whole island and City of Port Isabel on the mainland to you without having to drive and park. This mobility will allow you and your group to take advantage of the many unique and special activities of the area like fishing, golf, water sports and dolphin watching. The internationally recognized Turtle Rescue and RGV Birding Center are nearby, too!

Things to Know:
Age limit: Registering guest must be 25 years old or older to rent this condo.
Air Conditioning & appliances: Due to the heat and humidity of the area, do not leave the doors open while the air conditioning system is running, as it can fail, subjecting the offending registered guest to costs associated with a service call and repair. Likewise, the refrigerator/freezer may take several hours to effectively cool down, so please limit the time the doors are open.
Bedding Representations: Due to occasional changes on our end, the pictures for this condo may not accurately reflect the bedding that will be present during your stay. This does not affect the number of beds available.

Capacity: The maximum capacity for this condo is 6 persons, not including infant children.

General depictions: Décor and furnishings shown may be changed from time to time and will not substantially affect your enjoyment of the condo. Please let us know immediately if you have any concerns.
Parking: You will be issued one (1) parking permit which must be displayed in the vehicle and viewable from the front through the windshield at all times. Additional parking is available on a limited basis on the street.
Pest Insect Control: The Texas environment has pesky insects at different times of the year depending upon weather, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible by utilizing pest control maintenance regularly, this does not guarantee that they will not be present. The city does schedule mosquito insect control sprayings citywide on occasion.

Pets: One, well-behaved dog under 30 lbs. is welcome with paid pet fee before checking in. Dogs must be leashed outdoors and on the beach at all times, and barking dogs are not tolerated and they and their owners are subject to eviction! No other animals are allowed without express permission from Vacasa.
Premises gate & condo door access: For added security, this condo complex utilizes a coded pass-gate to enter the premises and digital E-lock condo door. These codes are provided to the registered guest by Vacasa in the EMAIL OF INSTRUCTIONS. The E-lock code is reset after each guest's stay. The condo door is opened by entering the code, pausing for the green light, then turning the deadbolt handle.
PARTY POLICY (No Party Policy): This condo maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints (see Good Neighbor Protection Program below). If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
Good Neighbor Protection Program: This condo resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Spring break: Wristbands (included in your welcome packet in the condo or available from the front office) are required during the entire month of March for anyone between the ages of 10 and 30.
WIFI & Streaming: The host does not guarantee stable WIFI services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
