Tidewater Beach Resort offers more than enough amenities for fun and relaxation: a heated indoor pool; two outdoor pools with hot tubs; a fitness center with a spa, a steam room, and a sauna; a theater-style movie/media center; an arcade/game room; a restaurant; a coffee shop; and a tropical bar. During spring break, this condo is only available to families or groups in which all occupants are at least 25 years of age.

The registration fee is $32.10 ($30 + $2.10 sales tax, subject to change), which covers guest parking passes. The registration fee includes a maximum of two parking permits for one- and two-bedroom condos and a maximum of three parking permits for three-bedroom condos. Wristbands will be provided at check-in. Guests ages five and up must wear the wristbands at all times while on the property. Renters/guests arriving after the association registration desk closes can receive temporary after-hour wristbands from security to use resort amenities.
