This comfortable home has lots of room to spread out, with two spacious living areas plus a large covered lanai. And, with a great location just south of Myakka State Forest, this is the quiet getaway you've been looking for. Grab a cup of coffee and head outside first thing in the morning. Jump in the pool for a few laps before breakfast, then start meal prep in the full, well-equipped kitchen. Everyone can eat together at the dining table or step outside to dine alfresco.

You can easily spend the day exploring the coastline's beautiful beaches and then head home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Both seating areas offer lots of comfy couches and TVs for your entertainment needs.
