A comfortable stay awaits when you book this spacious, four-bedroom family home in Bethany Beach! Gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of natural light greet you upon entry. If the weather permits, step out onto your back deck with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. When you start getting hungry, head inside for breakfast. The open kitchen features tons of counter space, gleaming stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Dine together at the adjacent table for eight, or step into the sunroom and eat at the table for four.

When it’s time to head out, you’re spoiled for choice with all the amenities at the Salt Pond Community clubhouse. If you’d like to explore on two wheels, your home comes with four adult bikes and four kids’ bikes. Rather explore by water? Three kayaks are at your disposal as well. After a day of fun, return home for more fun. There’s a Ping-Pong table waiting in the garage for a little bit of friendly competition. Kids’ games, toys, and books are also available. If you’ve got work to catch up on, there’s an office attached to the main bedroom suite downstairs. End the night with a little TV or a family board game before drifting off to sleep, dreaming of another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

The Salt Pond Community overlooks a mid-length, executive 18-hole golf public course. It also includes an outdoor pool (with a kiddie pool), three tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, and a clubhouse with a heated indoor pool and spa (open September-June only) and fitness equipment.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The wood-burning stove in the living room is not operational.
• Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.
• Salt Pond community charges guests directly for amenity passes to use their amenities. The fees are $50 per person (16 and over) for a 7 day pass or $25 per person (16 and over) for a 3 day pass. This must be purchased from the community Monday-Friday with a check. They do not accept any other payment methods.
• Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
