Very clean room and well maintained/clean bathroom. We liked very well

Overall I loved the fact that it was pet friendly but unfortunately because of that I feel like it wasn't as well kept as other places. Multiple broken doors. Even supposed to be code protected at might to prevent just anyone from coming in but door did not lock. Homeless able to access facility and sleep in pool area and places throughout. Lax in security. Use to enjoy coming to this resort but was highly disappointed with this stay. Shouldn't have to encounter issues with homeless inside the resort. Security should be in the areas that they are needed like the lobby or in the parking lot protecting their customers not hiding on the second floor, Or at least have front desk personnel 24 hours.
