There is plenty of space to dine and prepare meals, all while being able to watch the sunset through the large windows and sliding glass doors.

Two spacious upstairs bedrooms feature unobstructed views of the sound, where egrets stalk through the wetlands in the morning and sails dot the water in the afternoon. A lower-level third bedroom also has a sound view. All three bedrooms feature blackout shades and are ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together.

A large, private bathing dock in waist-deep water literally forms the tip of the peninsula. It is perfect for family play, launching paddle, kite, windsurf or wing sessions, fishing as night falls over the plentiful sound, or simply relaxing to the rhythm of the lapping waves. A separate dock in the canal is more sheltered and great for mooring a boat or PWC. The two docks are connected by an accessible seawall, providing full access to the property’s long waterfront.
