• Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed from June through mid-August.
• The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities for free, including year-round access to the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, and the beautiful oceanfront golf course at the Ritz Carlton. The Beach Club bar and grill, cabana, and towel services are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
