Located in a quiet area off Highway 101 near Kiwanda Creek, this house feels private and secluded with few houses in sight. Walk or drive about a mile to reach the sandy length of Neskowin Beach, or find conveniences in town.

You'll feel at home right away in the bright atmosphere and spacious accommodations of this home. Grab a seat on one of the couches in the main room and cozy up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Look out the wall of picture windows toward the ocean and forest in between, or step out onto the deck to breathe fresh air with your morning coffee and soak in the view from the picnic table and chairs.

On the other side of this open room is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make scrumptious meals, plus extras like a mixer, blender, coffeemaker, and dishwasher to make the chef's job even easier. Six will fit around the dining table for dinner. There's also a gas grill outside for quick barbecue dinners.

A bonus room downstairs is where the kids will want to spend all their time - foosball, darts, and Ping-Pong are just some of the fun to be had. There's also a flatscreen TV and a DVD collection to choose from. The main room upstairs has a smart TV with a PlayStation, so the group doesn't all have to agree on a movie. WiFi is available for all your browsing needs.

Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow up to eight travelers to sleep comfortably here. Two bedrooms both feature a queen bed while another has two twin beds. The final bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle that pulls out from underneath. A private washer/dryer makes it simple to take care of laundry.

This house is ideal for a family or a group of friends - wake up for a morning stroll along the quiet beach, stopping to take photos of iconic Proposal Rock and the 'ghost forest' of tree stumps from ages past. Or schedule an early tee-time at the neighboring golf course to get a jump start on your perfect day.

If you don't mind water that's a little chilly, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing are all great choices for memory-making fun! Cascade Head Nature Preserve nearby offers a multitude of hikes through old-growth forest and epic viewpoints for anyone willing to go through the extra effort - we promise it's well worth it. Of course, you can always just relax with loved ones at home and make the occasional journey down to Pelican Pub & Brewery for an afternoon pick-me-up.
