Here on the edge of a small community pond, you'll be a quick walk from a beach access point as well as Island Park's two seasonal swimming pools and fishing piers.

Come home from a day of swimming or boogie boarding to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax on the ground-floor patio, where you'll find a gas grill, a picnic area, a gas firepit, and a grassy lawn at the lagoon's edge. As you head upstairs, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and beach towels, and an open great room with two-story ceilings. This room brings together a full kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), a two-person breakfast bar, a dining room table for six, and a living room with ample seating and a large flatscreen cable TV.

Spend the evening hours outside on the deck, where you can dine al fresco, sip coffee in a rocking chair, or simply admire the sunset view overlooking the pond. When it's time to turn in, there are four bedrooms to choose from - two with en suite bathrooms and the other two with a bathroom shared between them.

• Parking notes: Please park under the home or in the driveway only. There is no parking on the street or in the grass. You can drive over the grass on the left side of the driveway to pull under the house if needed, but you cannot stay parked on the grass. Boat trailers may only be parked under the house. No recreational vehicles allowed
• Dock details: NO BOATS. There are 2 community docks within the Island Park Community. These docks are not for boat access, only for small water sports (paddleboard, kayaks, etc).
