• The downstairs is accessed by a separate entrance outside, just below the main deck.
• Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
• Loft includes four 6” memory foam twin sleeping pads.
• Our homeowner association allows the property to be used by families and prohibits any business or commercial use of the property.
• Animals are not allowed on site. If evidence of animals is discovered an additional $350 fee will be assessed.
• The boat slip and dock will be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Quiet hours between 10:00pm - 8:00am

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
