Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two loft areas, and a new central air conditioning replaced in the Fall of 2024. Guests will have everything needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious outdoor area includes dining chairs and corn hole. Just a short drive from the Guadalupe River and the lake, this cozy abode is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that Canyon Lake has to offer. Enjoy live music at the Whitewater Amphitheater or float the Guadalupe River Horseshoe - both are just minutes away. You'll also be close to Gruene, with antiques, boutiques, restaurants, and the oldest dance hall in Texas. New Braunfels is a great place to cool off, and Schlitterbahn Waterpark is less than 20 miles away.
THINGS TO KNOW
Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
