Right off the living room is the main access to the deck, which boasts an outdoor dining area and a private gas grill. Back inside, the full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials to cook a delicious meal, plus some extras like a French door refrigerator. Enjoy meals in the sizable dining area or at the indoor counter bar near the deck. The living room minibar will help tide over thirsty folks. The breathtaking views and cool mountain air aren't the only things to enjoy at this spectacular retreat. Everyone will find a game to enjoy in the game room. The oversized game room has a pool table, Ping-Pong, a dart board, shuffleboard, a flatscreen TV, and board games for guests to enjoy. If you are looking for a more quiet and relaxing time, there is also a library with plenty of books to get lost in.

All bedrooms of this home are up on the second floor, so don't worry about needing to head up and take a nap during your stay. Head up the stairs and pick a direction - to the right, guests will find the first (and main) bedroom of the house just past the lounge. This spacious retreat features a stone gas fireplace, a private furnished balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a tiled standalone shower and jetted tub. On the other side of the lounge, the bunkroom-style second bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort. Next door, the third bedroom features a valley view, extra seating, and a ceiling fan. The hallway bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination can serve guests of these rooms. But if guests decide to turn left at the top of the stairs, the fourth bedroom lies between the laundry room and the library. This lovely space features extra seating, a multi-window neighborhood view, a lovely stone wood-burning fireplace, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
