Cute and nicely furnished, this little studio-type apartment makes for the perfect base camp for people on the move! Nicely decorated, fully functional, cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and located off the beaten path. This is the perfect home base for your time at Wallowa Lake! This family-friendly studio offers a convenient electric fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a small, but efficient kitchenette complete with a crockpot, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a two-burner hot plate, and a small hibachi (propane) BBQ.

Occupancy and parking can not be exceeded due to this home having a vacation rental permit.
No fires or fire pits are ever allowed due to the heavy timbered area and county restrictions.

Winter Rentals: We always recommend 4x4, chains or studded tires to get to our winter open houses. Some renters have better traction tires and can access the homes without them but we don't recommend it. Also, weather changes rapidly in our mountain location. We always suggest preparing for the worst. Also, many Les Schwab Tire Centers have the ability to purchase tire chains, and if you don't use them, will take them on return.

• Parking notes: Parking for 2 vehicles. Park in driveway. HIGHLY recommended 4X4, chains and/or traction tires for winter driving.
