This is the Roaring Fork Valley at its best! The Ranch at Roaring Fork offers over 300 acres of open land, two miles of private access to the Roaring Fork River, over six miles of gold medal fly fishing (considered some of the best in all of Colorado), a fun and friendly 9-hole 3-par golf course during the warm months, and all of this less than 30 miles to four of the world-class ski resorts. The Ranch at Roaring Fork encompasses a private fishery consisting of more than two miles of river frontage along the Roaring Fork River and includes almost four and a half miles of stream fishing as well as over 16 acres of pond fishing in eight ponds. The Ranch at Roaring Fork fishery contains both native brown trout and regularly stocked Hofer Harrison (whirling disease-resistant) rainbow trout with trophy fish of both species prevalent in the ponds. The Ranch at Roaring Fork fishing and waterway management operations are carried out in collaboration with the Fishing and Waterways Advisory Committee (FWAC).
This family-friendly, three-bed/two-bath getaway is situated on a third of an acre with a large fenced yard, offering a comfortable home for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy all that the Ranch at Roaring Fork has to offer. Highlights include an open living area with a gas fireplace, updated kitchen, and a spacious and fenced yard, grill, and alfresco dining. Venture minutes into the historic districts to explore restaurants, shops, music venues, and entertainment options. A sofa and armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area, featuring cathedral ceilings. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and stream a movie on the smart TV. Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped and updated kitchen, detailed with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful kitchenware including a coffee maker. Meals can be enjoyed around a four-seat dining table. The kitchen bar seats three more. Unwind into vacation mode at the outdoor lounge area on the back patio. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill. Then, dine alfresco at the covered table for six. The spacious, grassy, and fenced yard offers a fine venue for fun and games. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, high chair, Pack ‘n Play, and two guest fishing badges (one active fisher per badge) are provided.
