This Gulf-front, 1,569-square-foot penthouse has three bedrooms and two baths. The large L-shaped great room features expansive windows for a panoramic view of the gulf. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or at the game table. This great room has two living areas and two dining areas, with contemporary decor featuring oriental accents and traditional furnishings. There are tile floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The main bedroom opens to the gulf-front den and has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a queen and the second guest has two twins. With the addition of the sleeper sofa in the living room, it can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. This condo includes free WiFi and Summer House has an indoor pool and a hot tub on the north end of the building. In front of building A, you'll find a shared outdoor pool, a children's pool, and a boardwalk to the beach. In front of building B, there is a massive sun deck. There is also a shared grilling area for those hot-weather barbecues.
