Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

• Parking notes: Parking passes must be purchased onsite with guard shack upon arrival (1 parking pass maximum per 1 bedroom condo and 2 parking pass maximum per 2 bedroom condo @ $50 each) THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT CASH, ONLY CREDIT CARDS AND CHECKS.

  Please note: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the Homeowner Association and are subject to change at any time without notice. The guard shack is open from 8AM until 8PM daily.

  Long Term Renters/Winter Guests/Monthly Guests - Parking Passes are valid for 30 Days Maximum. Additional passes are required for multi-months.
