Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area.

THINGS TO KNOW
- The building is under renovation for the next several months. Interior work includes electrical updates that will require access. Exterior updates affect the walkways and balconies. Balcony access and the views of the ocean may be limited or blocked completely. Parts of the parking lot will also be blocked off to avoid any debris landing on guests' vehicles. Beach access will remain open, but pool access may be limited as needed for safety. There will also be construction noise around the complex during working hours.

- Parking notes: Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House upon arrival. Please see the Ocean House security guard kiosk at the entrance or the office in the Building 1 lobby to collect your passes. There is a two car maximum and only cash is accepted. Vacasa does not manage the Ocean House parking lot or handle anything regarding the parking passes. Parking spaces are not numbered. Paid overflow parking is available at Pier 33 down the road. This is a convenience store with a lot that allows overnight parking. Go inside Pier 33 to pay the overnight parking fee. This fee will not be reimbursed by Vacasa.
