• Parking notes: Upon arrival at Lighthouse, please proceed to the 2nd floor lobby where you will purchase parking passes (If you arrive late and the front desk is closed you may purchase passes the next morning when they're open). Effective May 1, 2022 Parking passes are $40 each. Prices are set by the HOA and are subject to change. Two car maximum. Must pay with debit/credit card.
  You will have options to park on 3 different floors.  Floor 1 and 2 are covered parking and the 3rd floor is not covered and it is easier to maneuver if you have a large vehicle or trailer.  Boats, Trailers, etc. (If Permitted) must have a parking permit or will be towed at owner's expense.  Please check with the 2nd floor office or Security.
