This home, on what is affectionately called California's Riviera in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente, as it is between these two seaside communities. It is less than 45 miles from the airport and minutes from the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo makes it easy to create a memorable day's adventure.

THINGS TO KNOW
- The house is priced appropriately for its current condition as a rental property in the gated beachfront community. The Guest does not have access to the main house backyard
- The Amtrack runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd and the Pacific Coast Hwy.
- This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
- Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning..
- This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
- Beach Front properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand. Please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach.
