The first-floor family room features a large sectional couch surrounding a mounted flatscreen TV. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchenette, a number of musical instruments that include a keyboard and guitars, and access to a resort-like yard with a state-of-the-art spa, two waterfalls, and a custom fountain. The yard is complete with a private hot tub, comfortable furniture, a cascading waterfall fountain, and a four-person dining table with fantastic views of the beach. The deck also includes an outdoor breakfast bar off the kitchen with four barstools.

Back inside, the great room on the second level has a large entertainment space featuring a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, a mounted flatscreen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the beach. Serve a large family at the handsome wood dining table then pull a special bottle from the wine fridge to enjoy on the deck with friends. Remote workers and students will have a well-appointed office to work from and you can use the free WiFi to do a bit of research for that last-minute project. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have five spacious bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths for everyone in the group to take advantage of. The main bedroom includes en suite bath and access to the deck, while there is also a Murphy bed available in the second-floor multi-purpose room - a great space for fitness, yoga, or to indulge in a soothing massage (a table is provided).
