There is also a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. THINGS TO KNOW

  • The Inverness hot tub is currently under renovation and unavailable for guest use. Dates are subject to change.
  • This third-story condo is accessible via an elevator.

When you arrive, you will need to stop by the Inverness office to pick up parking passes as well as the key fob for access to the building, pool, and parking garage. Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8 am-1 am and Sundays from 9 am-1 am. If you have any questions about hours, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Inverness office. Please ensure you arrive before the office closes, as access will be limited to those with key fobs after that time. The key fob must be returned to the Inverness office upon check-out. If the key fob is not returned, there will be a $100 replacement fee.

Parking passes must be displayed in the vehicle for the duration of the stay. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the complex garage or the parking lot. Additional street parking is also available.
