• This home is located on a cliff and may not be suitable for small children.
• This is a pet-free property due to the homeowner's extreme allergies. Any animals brought into or around the perimeters of the home will result in immediate eviction, a minimum pet cleaning fee of $500, and loss of any reservation payment and fees.
• Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
• Palm Desert city ordinance prohibits loud music and unruly parties in residential neighborhoods, and strict occupancy rules are enforced. Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines and eviction without a refund.

• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
