To compliment the resort feel, you'll find abundant entertaining space - and a fully equipped bar with a pool table. Outside, a tropical oasis awaits with a lagoon-style pool with a heating option, two spas, a putting green, an outdoor kitchen, and a firepit.
Offering a prime locale, you'll be within a short walk of Joe Mann Park and near Palm Desert Country Club and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open (1.5 miles).
In the main house, a sitting room includes a chess table and gas fireplace, while the main living area features a sectional and a 55-inch TV with surround sound and a Blu-ray player. Concoct a crisp drink at the wet bar with two fridges and an ice machine. Chalk a cue for a friendly round of pool. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops and high-end appliances like the Viking stove. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather for family meals in the formal dining area.
The main house affords king beds across four bedrooms. Find quiet privacy in the enormous primary suite with a TV, several sitting areas, direct pool access, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. There is an attached casita, with its own entrance just off the pool, which has two queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The office space doubles as a compimentary sixth sleeping space and includes a twin bed with a twin trundle. This vacation rental also includes two half baths: one in the main house and one outside on the patio.
