If you're a golfer, you'll love being located on the edge of Meadows Golf Course. The location is ideal for everyone, though - about a mile from the Village at Sunriver, and less than that to SHARC, everything is close by, including the nature.

This condo has a welcoming vibe you will like right away. Walk across the hardwood floors to a beautifully updated kitchen. Equipped with new appliances and granite countertops, you will be inspired to cook meals for the whole family, and clean-up is made easy by a dishwasher. A warm dining room will invite pleasant conversations with everyone drawn together around the table.

Outside, you will enjoy lounging on either one of the two decks, with pleasant views to be enjoyed from the patio furniture. Fire up the grill for some classic summer cooking.

Head downstairs to find the main living room, with a leather couch and two chairs situated in front of the gas fireplace. Get comfy in this carpeted den as you turn on the large, flat screen cable TV and watch a DVD or stream something over WiFi. A washer/dryer can be found in the laundry room, which is stocked for your convenience.

Down here, you will find a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed for some quality sleep. There is a full bath in the next room, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. A private sleeping loft can be found upstairs, with two twin beds perfect for youngsters, as well as another full bath. In total, this house sleeps four comfortably.

With its size and location, this condo is perfect for a small family or passionate golfers. Rent some bikes at the Village and hit the bike paths for a beautiful ride along the Deschutes River and beside sprawling meadows at the west end of the resort. Stop by the Stables for some horseback riding, or go rafting down the river for some lazy-day fun. Children and adults alike will get a kick out of the Oregon Observatory - viewing cosmos and stars through the telescopes on clear nights.

In the winter, you'll enjoy easy access to Mt. Bachelor 20 miles away, and plenty of options for snowshoeing and Nordic skiing. In the summer months, more adventurous folks can ride five miles to Benham Falls Trailhead for some single-track mountain biking along a beautiful section of the Deschutes, or head to one of the numerous lakes and mountains along the Cascade Lakes Highway.
