On the opposite side of the house, you’ll find three additional guest rooms. One has a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate door to the hall. Another has q king bed, a 32” flat-screen TV, a sink vanity, and a sliding glass door to the pool. An en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower also has a door to the pool.
The last bedroom features 3 twin beds, a sink vanity, a 40” flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door to the pool, as well as a door into the shared bathroom. This space can serve as a “mother-in-law suite” or a second primary bedroom.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer/dryer, an extra fridge in the garage, an outdoor shower on the pool deck, and a selection of beach chairs and toys. Up to two vehicles can park in the driveway.
This home is located in an upscale neighborhood, a 10-minute walk to Lido Beach. For more entertainment, South Lido County Park and Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium are both 1.5 miles down the road. You’re also a few steps from shopping, casual eateries, and fine dining.
