This cabin is surrounded by outdoor adventure.

Natural light pours into the main living area. A variety of plush seating provides space to chat or relax with a book. Light the wood-burning fireplace with stone surround to fill the room with crackling warmth. The second living area has a 46' TV, a large leather sectional, and a gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has all the gadgets and cookware you'll need to whip up hearty mountain meals. Another highlight is a game room with foosball, and Ping-Pong.

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, furnished with a 60' TV, or step out onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity.

Amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-Access to the lake from the backyard requires stairs.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
