Kamaole I is about a half mile north for a longer stretch of sand, and South Kihei Road carries you past restaurants, coffee, and simple takeout choices. On the property, two pools, a tennis court, and grills offer a useful alternative when the ocean feels like enough for one day. This is a neighborhood for travelers who want to live outside and keep logistics light.

Getting around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.
